Being natural and unique stones, the creations will however be unique and could differ in the aesthetics and colour tonality still maintaining the same design. In the case in which the product should result altered in its essential characteristics, camporesipietredure.it commits to replace the altered products with a new supply at its own expense within and not over the deadline of 30 days from the date of delivery. camporesipietredure.it does not respond of damages to the jewellery that occurred during the transport or at the delivery. |

If the domicile of the Client or his residence is not inside the Italian territory, the competent Court is that of contract execution. |
