Collection and use of the information

camporesipietredure.it, according to and for the effects of the Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003, communicates to its clients that the personal data supplied at the moment of the undersigning of the purchase order, and/or of the filling in of the invoice are excluded from the consent of the interested person, because they were collected and kept only according to the fiscal/taxing obligations foreseen by the law, by the communitarian regulation and law and, anyway, only to allow the right attainment of the obligations deriving from the purchasing contract of which he is interested party, and/or for the acquisition of the necessary contractual informative always and exclusively activated upon request of this latter (art. 7 lgs. D. 196/2003).

In relation to the processing of the personal data of the interested party:

Comma 1:

has the right to obtain the confirm of the existence or not of the personal data that regard him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form

Comma 2:

as the right to obtain the indication:
a) of the origin of the personal data;
b) of the finalities and modalities of the processing;
c) of the applied logic in case of processing executed with the help of electronic instruments;
d) of the identification data of the owner, of those responsible and of the appointed representative according to article 5, comma 2;
e) of the subjects or of the categories of subjects to whom the personal data can be communicated or who can come to notice in quality of appointed representative on the territory of the State, of those responsible or delegated

Comma 3:

has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, the rectification, that is, when he is interested, the integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, the transformation, in an anonymous form, or the block of the data processed in violation of the law, including those that is not necessary to save in relation to the aims for which the data has been collected or successively processed;
c) the attestation that the operations of which at letters a) and b) have been brought in notice, also in regard to their content, of those to whom the data has been communicated or diffused, except the case in which such accomplishment revels impossible or implies a use of means clearly disproportionate compared to the protected right.

Comma 4:

has the right to oppose, totally or partially:
a) or rightful reasons, to the processing of personal data regarding him, as long as pertinent to the aim of the collection;
b) ato the processing of the personal data regarding him, with the aim of sending advertising material or of direct sale or to carry out market researches or of commercial communication.

In particular, camporesipietredure.it specifies that your personal data will not be used for commercial information or to send advertising material, that is, to carry out market researches or of interactive commercial communication, without the consent previously expressed by the Client.

In any moment it is possible to exercise directly and personally the consulting, updating, rectification and integration rights of the personal data or to oppose, totally or partially, to the processing of your data, that is requesting its cancellation by forwarding a formal request to the email address privacy@camporesipietredure.it, or by sending an insured letter R.R. to our legal office.
